I like this as much as the Millenium edition that came out awhile back. What makes this a must-own is that it has a feature length documentary about Night called "One for the Fire." They interviewed Karl Hardman before he passed away so it's nice to see him one final time. He gets really choked up talking about his dear friend, the late Duane Jones. It's very heartbreaking. The commentaries & the special features are carried over from the Millenium edition, I believe. Not all of the ME versions features are carried over though. The audio commentary is because one of them features Keith Wayne, who died in 1995. I think those audio commentaries were originally recorded for the 25th anniversary laser disc. Marilyn Eastman cracks me up because she's like "there's the nude!" talking about the nude female zombie. I bought this in a bundle with Diary of the Dead for $25. A good deal if you ask me.

I don't yet own this. I was pissed because I bought DIARY at Walmart for $20, then found out about the $25 deal at Kmart after I had already opened it and watched it.
I'll pick it up one day though, for sure.

Disappointed with the Documentary really. Seemed more about Latent Image than Night of the living Dead. But I guess it was worthing getting for Karl Hardman.

I'm sure this is a nice version, but so long as one has the Millenium Edition by Elite there is really no reason in the entire world to buy this.

Despite owning this version, I want the Millenium version as well. Last time I was at my local FYE, they had it used for $8. I should've picked it up.

[glow=red,2,300]I have never seen the millenium edition. I have only seen the crappy 30th, the awesome colorized version... and a trillion horrible public domain faded out pieces of crap.[/glow]

The millenium cover looks a bit generic, I hope its better viewing then it is coverwise. I still prefer my colorized edition, but I want better cover art then it currently has.
