I woke up this morning with a PM on FB from Butch Davis. It's the random things that do it for me.

Tonight I sat in on a Q&A with Jeffrey Combs and Barbara Crampton, both pretty cool folks, Combs is hilarious. The highlight of the night was a Q&A with Tom Atkins, salt of the earth this man is. A damn good story teller and pretty funny. Some interesting facts I learned about/from him tonight: His favorite film is the original Thing, he actually asked Carpenter to be in it, no matter the size of the role. His largest disappointment was not being able to be in a film with Audrey Hepburn after she chose him. He was contractually engaged with a play on Broadway at the time. His favorite film of his own.... Night of the Creeps. He talked about the whole "Your dates are here" line and shortly followed up with "that was some good shit wasn't it?" He lives in Pittsburgh now. He thinks Bruce Willis was a pain in the ass to work with (he kind of retracted that a bit after he said it, probably an oh shit moment) He had a bit of a tender moment when talking about the twin towers in relation to Escape From New York. Probably one of the best Q&A's I've attended, I liked the fact that he shrugged off the "host" and engaged in a conversation with the crowd. twitter.com/#!/cstokes4/status/122487576551632897/photo/1 Picked up some bootlegs: House of Dark Shadows & Night of Dark Shadows Fright Night II Silent Night Deadly Night SNDN is a great transfer, DVD quality. Sounds like a cool experience. When did he work with Bruce?
I have heard Bruce is a bit of difficult actor to work with. Becoming that famous will do that anyone I imagine.
