Did we already know about this? There's been so many NIGHT related projects lately it's hard to keep track. Anyway, here is an interview with the guy behind this film. He actually says some pretty impressive stuff, such as: www.aintitcool.com/node/50719

First I've heard of it, and first I've heard of this director. I do like his views though, but I wonder if he can live up to this promise:
Zombies haven't really been scary since 1968, so if he can pull that off I'll tip my hat to him.

I LOVE the fact that he bashed the Day remake.... that is a good sign right there!

I know, I really give him a ton of respect after reading that interview. And I'm much, much more likely to give his Night of the Living Dead film a chance.

He echos all of our complaints, spot on! Glad to see someone in the film community state the obvious: CGI when relied upon and used in excess, sucks. Practical effects when done right blow CGI out of the water. And the fact that most horror flicks made these days are unimaginative chunks of crap.

Haha good old Double Dare. I never saw the American Version, but I remember there was an Australian version back in the early 90's.

To be brutally honest: It looks uber low budget and digital. Nothing in those pics did anything for me, but as Tony said there isn't much to go on.

I'm interested to see though how an English setting will alter if at all the overall story. I don't just want NOTLD with english accents I want NOTLD with a British spin on it.
