I've heard good things. Sadly it comes on after my bedtime so I'll check it out on DVD.

I watch it. It's actually really good. I wouldn't put it above The Walking Dead, but it's on the same level.

Link provided in case there's any other Johnny foreigner's like myself who've never heard of it en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Horror_StoryCertainly sounds interesting, but It doesn't exactly sound like the concept has enough steam to carry it longer then one season. How long before they realise the house is in fact haunted and until they decide to move the hell out of there?

The promotional poster certainly makes the show look creepy It looks like some David Lynch BDSM horror type stuff.

If you somehow find a way to watch it Nick, I highly recommend it. It has some really interesting characters and is genuinely creepy. Don't expect the type of ghost story you normally get with tv and movies... this is something much more interesting.
I especially like how each episode opens up with showing us something that happened in the house from different time periods before jumping to the main story in present day. The first episode shows us something in the house from 1978, the next episode from 1968, another episode from the 1920s, and so on.

This has just started in the UK - the production values are excellent...I don't usually like hooror (other than zombie stuff obviously) but I'm prepared to give this some time...looking good (after one ep anyway!). With this and TWD I'm in TV heaven!

Last weeks episode started off with a very controversial scene,I didn't care much for it but the rest of the episode was most excellent and creepy as hell. It's taking a Rosemary's Baby's twist now.

OK, so I quite enjoyed this show but I hated how the last episode was drawn out...I mean really... ...spoiler... did they really have to scare the new owners so much? It just seemed too OTT. Having said that, while I thought S2 will be a pile of poo we saw the baby and bam - I will have to at least give it a try!

After I'm done with The Walking Dead, Revenge and Ringer I'm going to try and get the missus into this show. I hope she'll like it.
