I'm sure all of us know and love Anchor Bay (older Anchor Bay at least) but I'm not sure if anyone remembers a few years ago when they released they're four "Fright Packs"; box sets of six awkwardly schlocky films with a theme pakaged in what resembles a six-pack of beer. All but one is OOP now as most of of the 24 titles have been issued to Blue Underground
One of the sets, and hardest to get ahold of, is zombie themed, and I want to get it since I recently found a decently priced copy ($30 as opposed to $50 around the net and it's original $24 price) but as I've stated they're very awkward films and I was hoping you guys had a verdict for me. Here are the contents:
"Fright Pack: Walking Dead---
-City of the Living Dead -House by the Cemetary -Let Sleeping Corpses Lie -Dead Heat (DiviMax) -Hell of the Living Dead -Nightmare City
I love the packaging and it's anchor bay and I was just looking for a mix of real and fun horror; thanks for any responses!

Hell of the Living Dead is a piece of 20th century art. The acting is top notch, right along with something like "A River Runs Through It" or "Chariots of Fire." The special effects are superbly executed with plenty of blowouts, chomps, and the most life-like blood I have ever seen. The setting is in a post apocalyptic world that has been skewed by power hungry politicians after nuclear power. It all comes togeather like a crescendo to an epic ending that will leave you on the edge of your seat, breathlessly waiting for a conclusion to the engulfing story that you have just witnessed. It's probably the best zombie genre film outside of DAWN OF THE DEAD. It's not to be missed.

I'm a fan of all of the movies in this set except for Dead Heat but that's because I haven't seen it yet.
