I really think that NOTLD '90 boasts some of the best zombie make-up & effects that I've seen. I'm pretty sure that John Vulich & company either saw some dead bodies that recently died or saw pictures of them. They talk about it on the documentary that's on the DVD. I also like how the zombies really do look like people that passed away recently but were reanimated, give or take some gore.

Yeah I heard or read an interview in which they talk about actually visiting morgues and viewing recently dead bodies in order to get a real look. I think they did a damn fine job, and I agree with you completely on all points.

Yeah I loved how they made them look like real corpses, especially that zombie who is holding a doll, she looked great.

I think they did a damn fine job, and I agree with you completely on all points. The bald skinny zombie with no shirt on still creeps me out. I'm almost positive that he was a cab driver for Savini & Savini thought he'd make a great zombie. I also recall Pat Tallman talking about how that guy would tell her "I'm going to get you, Barbara!"
