So what's your favourite soundtrack from all the Romero Dead movies?
My favourite would have to be John Harrison's effort on Day of the Dead. Since it was the 1st dead movie I saw its had a lasting impression on me and I thought John Harrison did a nice job in creating a Dark, eery, militaristic, synth soundtrack with a touch of tropicana to it.
One of my favourite tracks (scene where Sarah cuts off Miguel's arm)
Goblin's soundtrack was memorable but I found it a bit too cheesy for my liking exhibit A:

Dawn '78 although I really do like John Harrison's Day '85 score as well.

Dawn 78 for me as well. I think it does a really good job of capturing the feel of the movie, and the music ranges from the infectious upbeat mall theme to the creepy/scary music. And who can forget the A-Team-like music when Peter decides not to kill himself!

I always loved the Day of the Dead soundtrack. It had such a great 80s feel to it just like the soundtrack to Nightmare on Elm Street. Goddamn, the soundtracks from the 80s were the best. Nowadays its all just cheap crappy rock music or weird remixes of other songs. Live on DAY OF THE DEAD!!!

heyy guys I love both soundtracks and think that these two are the best out of all the dead films, however i like the both the 'dawn' and 'day' music equally as they both fit perfectly into each film 'dawn' being the more up beat and comic book style which the music adds to quite well and 'day' the more realistic and darker film out of the two defiantly reflects this feel in its music
