Does anyone know the name of a zombie movie where there's a scene where some people are throwing brains out the back of a truck/van & the zombies are following them?
I know that's kind of obscure, but I need to know!

Yep. Brian Peck plays that particular zombie as well as a few other zombies. He was "Scuz" in the first ROTLD.
