Do you mean Argento had more to do with it or GAR?
I shouldn't say "I know" what I mean is, I assume.

He had more to do with Goblin being in there, is what I mean.
According to the book, GAR wrote Dawn, and Argento simply initialed each page per the contract.

I have a hard time reading Argento, can't tell if he's an ass or a cool guy.

I've had nothing to do with him besides Dawn, and (through Asia) Land.

I have Suspiria, haven't watched it. Everyone goes "goo-goo ga-ga" over it. I know Coscarelli is a huge fan of it.

Is he, now?
Hmmmm....
I dunno, though--Bruno Mattei's Dawn rip-off pretty much put me off Italian Horror forever, you know?

I just have a hard time watching anything dubbed, it's rather annoying. Shit, films like Zombie Holocaust and Burial Ground kind of put me off.

I recently got both of those in a zombie pack, along with Hinzman's "Flesh Eater". I watched one or the other...and wanted to nuke Italy. I much prefer subtitles.

Same here.
Sometimes the dubbed words get so far off that you can't tell who is saying what. I hate that Holocaust is filmed in "NY" but it's Italian. It probably would have been better if it was an American film. I love Flesh Eater, obviously.

"Flesh Eater" is a chunk of shit.
But, it's so bad, and so campy...that I actually love it. Like Day.
When it first came out on VHS, I rented it three or four times--and it was the reason why I bought that pack in the first place!

It's a big bowl of fun crap. It was a very enjoyable watch.

I love how, towards the end, when those two guys from the posse show up at the house and the one guy pockets some candy from the Trick-or-Treat bowl! ;D

He's a total goober, as is most of the town.
At the very end where the shoot the living couple, how F'N bad is your eyesight that you can't tell they are alive. Such a rip off.

This is'nt bad for a British Zombie/horror flick. i thought the story with the military guys was a rip off of Day of the dead though. it's not the worst film i've ever seen so i'll give it a 7/10
The scene where a drop of blood falls from a bridge straight into that guys eye and infects him was pretty cool.
I havent seen the sequal yet either.
